Simple Fixes for Your Hair Using Natural Ingredients

There are many natural ingredients you can use to care for your hair. Many shampoos and hair care products strip your hair of the very nutrients needed to remain healthy and strong. For this reason, you might want to consider natural beauty care products to restore the health and life of your hair.

Try creating your own shampoo with two simple ingredients: water and baking soda. You should start by mixing one tablespoon of baking soda with one cup of water. If you have long or thick hair, you can use more baking soda and water keeping with the consistency. However, you should not use more than one tablespoon of baking soda per cup of water. If your hair is short or not thick at all, you can use less than one tablespoon of the baking soda.

It is also simple enough to create a natural cleansing rinse for your hair, which can be used to remove excessive product buildup or as a dandruff treatment. Create this rinse by adding two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one cup full of water. This rinse should be carefully massaged into your scalp. Then, rinse it out gently with water after a few minutes.

You can make your hair shine using rosemary and water to create a leave-in conditioner. You will begin by boiling a handful of rosemary in water. The mix should boil for about ten minutes, and then be allowed to cool. You will need to strain the solution and use the rosemary water by massaging it into your hair.

When you are washing your hair, you should be using warm water. This helps to ensure that your natural beauty care products are able to get deep into the hair and scalp. Cool water should then be used when you rinse out your products. The cool water will help to not only soften your hair but to make your hair less frazzled.

These are just a few products you can use that are much safer and gentler on your hair and your scalp than most conventional shampoos and conditioners. You will find that there are many other natural beauty care options for your hair including herbs and vitamins you can take that restore the health and vitality of your hair.
