Natural Homemade Recipes for Maintaining Your Beauty

Beauty can't be artificial, but we do have the ability to maintain and enhance our natural beauty. Yes, we lose our beauty; this may be because of aging, stress or pollution. Nature has given us many natural ingredients, so there is no need to use harmful chemicals.

Check out these two natural beauty homemade recipes for maintaining your beauty:

1. Use of Kiwi as Facial Cleansing Cream:
This natural cleansing cream has no side effects so it can be used regularly. It cleans the skin from deep and removes all dirt and dust and leaves the skin soft.
To use kiwi as facial cleansing cream you would need:
  • 1 kiwi- only the pulp of it
  • Plain yogurt- 2 tablespoon
  • Almond oil- 1 tablespoon
  • Honey- 1 tablespoon
  • Finely Crushed Almonds- 1 tablespoon

Now, when you have all these ingredients, put them in the food processor and mix them. After blending well it will form a thick cream. Apply this cream on your face and let it set for 20 minutes. While removing it, take care that it is done in circular motion. After removing, rinse your face with water and you can see the immediate result of using this natural cleanser in the softness of your skin. Repeat twice a week.

2. Use of Chocolate, Banana and Honey as Anti-Aging Face Mask:
Nature has many resources which have the property of a strong antioxidant. These can be used in retaining the elasticity of the skin. This would give your skin a soft and supple look and would also reduce the wrinkles and other sign of aging from your skin. Bananas have strong anti-aging properties and honey helps the skin in retaining moisturizer. Chocolate is the ingredient which provides elasticity to the skin and makes it look younger.
To use these as face mask you would need:
  • Powdered Raw Chocolate- 1 tablespoon
  • 1 mashed ripe Banana
  • Honey- 1 tablespoon
  • Rose Essential Oil- a few drops
Add all these ingredients in a bowl and mix them for the desired consistency. Now, apply the paste on your skin and leave it to dry for about 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water, and you can observe the improvement in your skin condition. Repeat twice a week.
